U.S. Elite Medical Services provides veterans with detailed medical evaluations and official documentation to support their VA disability claims.

Our licensed medical team reviews your history, performs a telehealth evaluation, and issues an accurate diagnosis supported by a professional Nexus Letter when clinically appropriate.

Whether you’re filing a new claim or appealing a decision, our evidence-based reports help ensure that your service-related conditions are clearly documented and properly coded.

We are pleased to offer you a real time two-way video appointment, with your provider. Our telehealth services help with establishing a proper diagnosis, if deemed medically appropriate.

What is a Veteran's Diagnosis Consultation

A Veteran’s Diagnosis Consultation is a professional medical document that establishes a clear connection between a veteran’s current health condition and their prior military service. It brings together all the relevant information into one comprehensive report, allowing the VA to review your case with a complete and organized medical perspective rather than scattered pieces of evidence.

At U.S. Elite Medical Services, our role is to carefully evaluate your records and develop strong, evidence-based support for your medical opinion. This includes reviewing your medical history, service documentation, personal and impact statements, and any additional clinical details required to substantiate your claim.

According to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), the law outlines three essential components that must be demonstrated in order for a veteran to receive a favorable ruling for service-connected disability benefits:

1

In-Service Event or Exposure

An incident, injury, or condition that occurred during military service which may have caused or worsened a disease or health issue.

2

Current Medical Diagnosis

Evidence of a present, medically verified diagnosis showing the existence of the same condition or illness related to the service event.

3

Medical Nexus (Link Between the Two)

A professional medical opinion that establishes a clear connection between the in-service event (element 1) and the current diagnosis (element 2).
